Brandon cooked me a romantic meal, and I plated it to show him how much I appreciate his hard work. Also because I love my dishes.

Salmon, onions, green onions and bok choi all were sauteed in sesame oil. Salmon and onions were drizzled with a sauce made from soy sauce, lemon juice and brown sugar. Green onions and bok choi were drizzled in red wine vinegar. Red pepper raw, for color and nutrients. Sushi rice with a dash of pepper.

I know it’s hard to see the salmon, it’s hiding under all the onions (we really like onions). And yes, the white plate is wavy. You’re not drunk.
